In 2007, Aaron joined the firm as an associate and is now a partner within the firm.  Aaron gained knowledge and experience while serving as Hon. Norman E. Young’s Law Clerk after graduating.  Aaron is ardent about his work and representing clients and their causes.  To Aaron, his clients are often familiar faces and first names, whether he is representing a person, family or a company.  Aaron enjoys legal research and writing, as well as advocating for his clients in venues across the State of Wyoming, and soon, Montana.  Aaron has been involved with several multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts/judgments involving oil and gas injuries and deaths, wrongful death claims, vehicle collisions, products liability, fraud/embezzlement and insurance bad faith.  Aaron uses a practical and common sense approach to litigation which works well for the law firm’s clients.

Ann E. Davey

Ann, who is John’s daughter and Aaron’s sister, focuses on obtaining just results for her clients – whether small or large – in both Montana and Wyoming. In her first year of practice, she assisted trial teams obtaining million dollar verdicts for two clients. She has experience representing clients in complex civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, car/truck accidents, products liability, insurance bad faith (both first and third party), and ERISA claims. Her focus on the facts and details of each case are paramount in her preparation of her clients’ cases. In addition to handling complex civil claims on behalf of her clients, Ann is dedicated to obtaining practical and every day justice for ordinary working people.  She thoroughly enjoys providing estate planning services to clients and represents two Montana adoption agencies in relation to their placements for adoption and represents adoptive families

Carly began her career as a legal assistant when she joined John’s firm in 2008. Her prior work experiences with the coroner’s office and as an administrative assistant in the oil industry have provided Carly with distinctive knowledge that compliments her role as a legal assistant.
